From the 30 Hour Famine event to serving at the Maundy Thursday Agape feast, from joining with other youth groups to make Valentine’s Day cookies to playing Zombie Dice, you can count on St. Dunstan’s active Youth Group to have a great time as they seek and serve Christ. Meeting on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00PM, they share dinner together and then move on to ministry, fellowship and fun in their excellent youth room downstairs.
The youth plan their own activities and implement them with the support of dedicated youth leaders. Each one of our youth leaders shares their love of God, encouraging our young people to find ways to do God’s work and have plenty of fun. Our youth group often meets with youth groups from other churches. Together, they share opportunities to grow in their love of God.
Our youth leaders are grateful for the opportunity to work with the young people from St. Dunstan’s and from other churches from both within our Diocese and beyond. If you would like to share your ideas and gifts with us, we would love to hear from you. One of the most beautiful gifts you can give a child is to make a positive difference in their life. Come, join us and let’s do that together. Please contact Mary O. or Mary E. Pacher or Sue Theiler.
