Our Pet Food Drive is off to a good start. Our youth announced the event at last week’s worship service, and it was received with enthusiasm from members of our congregation. All donations will be delivered to the Seattle Humane Society.
There is a box on the table in the Parish Hall where you can put your donations of pet food and pet toys. At last week’s Youth Group meeting, we made catnip toys for the many cats housed at the Humane Society. The toys were made using baby socks, cotton balls, and of course, catnip. It was great fun putting them together.
We need your support to make the Pet Food Drive a success. God loves His four legged creatures, and so do we. Let’s work together and fill that box as many times as we can. You may also make a financial donation if you like. Let’s put a smile on the faces of those four legged animals and fill their stomachs with food and their life with some toys.
The challenge is on! How many times can we fill the Pet Food donation box!
Blessings, and thank you for your support and caring.
